Today's episode can best be described as a state of the union. I know this podcast is usually related to beauty industry topics, but I wanted to bring on some of my favorite past guests to discuss current events that I consider to be some of the most important issues facing everyone living in America at this time.

Some of my favorite types of guests on this podcast are what I like to call, "Girlbosses." Women who make their own rules and forge their own way in business without ever slowing down.
